Kupodivu odepsali, jen to je snůška obecných blábolů:
The year-to-date download counter you see in the 'Profile' tab on your account will not reconcile with what you see in your royalty statements for several reasons:
• For subscription products, the download counter shows in near real-time, however, the downloads will not show on your royalty statement until the subscription ends and the price per file can be determined.
Subscription products have a set price for a maximum number of downloads in a time period. The price per file must be calculated when the subscription ends by dividing the set price for the month by the actual number of downloads that occurred.
• Exclusive Contributors need to count each Signature+ transaction in their royalty statements as two downloads, while the download counter automatically counts these sales as two downloads.
• Downloads/Sales from Thinkstock and API products are included in your royalty statements, but not included in your download counter.
• Various types of royalty corrections can be made to specific transactions, resulting in additional line items in your royalty statement. These additional lines can look like new transactions that you can mistakenly count as additional downloads.
These can usually be identified by the invoice number on the line item which will correspond the same invoice number on the original transaction, which may have happened months previously. These royalty corrections will not show on the download counter.
